QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for appointment, applicants must have at least a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Applicants should have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, two (2) years of which should have been served at middle management level.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To monitor compliance in the implementation of guidelines and procedures in the Refugee Camp.
DUTIES
-
Monitors the implementation of refugee management guidelines and procedures.
-
Monitors the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
-
Implements technical cooperation agreements/assistance from development and cooperating partners.
-
Implements interagency meetings resolutions.
-
Implements resolutions from stakeholders and development partner meetings.
-
Maintains refugee management system and provides timely reports.
-
Implement Safety, Health and Safety (SHE) procedures and guidelines for the camp.
-
Monitors camp programs in relation to structures that are in place.
-
Analyses the registration and pre-evaluation of asylum, seeker applications.
-
Registers and analyses refugees applications for durable solutions (repatriation and integration) of refugees.
