ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for appointment to this position, applicant must have Certificate in Law enforcement; a Diploma/Degree in Security Studies, Criminal Justice or Policing.
EXPERIENCE:
Applicants should have a minimum of Four (4) years post qualification work experience.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Long working hours, extensive travelling, dangerous working conditions or locations.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To monitor implementation of enforcement orders.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Inform, educate and communicate enforcement procedures and guidelines.

Monitor and seize assets to be confiscated.

Investigate seized assets to check if they reflect what is in the court order.

Trace complex assets which may have been concealed or disposed of.

Dispose of assets forfeited to the State.

Monitor maintenance of assets register.
-
File and serve court documents.
-
Secure and maintain property to be confiscated.

Monitor prudent use of resources.
