COOK
We are hiring qualified, motivated Cooks to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, structured restaurant environment. This role is suited to individuals with strong kitchen discipline, a passion for food, and the drive to grow within a training-led business.
Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant kitchen experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Solid understanding of basic food prep, grill, pan, and fryer sections
• Ability to follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards with consistency
• High attention to hygiene, safety, and organisation under pressure
• Positive, professional team attitude and punctual work ethic
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar is preferred but not essential if backed by experience
