Dickens are invited for Open Blading under framework contract in the following under
Legend items for the financial year 2025-24

  1. Supply of petroleum products and lubricants
    a. Supply of plant machinery
    b. Supply of printed adhesions
    c. Supply of computer and photocopier communications
    d. Sewer and maintenance of vehicles and motorcycles
    e. Supply of culverture (50mm), 1200mm, 650mm & 600mm
    f. Supply of bulkmen
    g. Supply of interior cut back
    h. Supply of stone chippings, 16–27mm & 10–14mm
    i. Supply of cement and steel bars
    j. Supply of concrete
    k. Supply of bricks (FCR/SP)
    n. Supply of sand (site and pit)
    k. Supply of stone dust
    l. Supply of gravel
    m. Supply of aggregates: 12mm & 16mm
    n. Supply of iron sheets, timber, ERC, nails, pipes, doors, windows, iron morges, gates
    r.m. Parts & chairs
    m. Supply of ill material
    o. Aneurising and metal services
    o. Holds and cushioners facilities
    o. Floors and envelops of computers, photocopiers and related equipment

Boeing will be conducted in accordance with the open national blading procedures
conducted in the Public Procurement and Deposit of Public Assets Regulations and is
open to all eligible holders.

NOTE

  1. Directors’ folders may obtain further information from Kabale Municipal Council
    Procurement and Deposit will and respect the folding documents from $10 AM to
    $100 PM during working hours prior Monday to Friday.
  2. Committee and working documents in England may be purchased by bushes upon
    payment of a non-refundable fee of Uprising shifting 100,000+ paid through litigants
    as Revenue Administration System (HAS) during PPM issued by Finance Department
    and certain a General Receipt Unit shall be attached to the booking document.
  3. The documents shall personally be delivered and no liability shall be accepted for loss
    or less delivery.
  4. The bills shall be submitted in properly sealed envelopes and addressed to the Head
    POLI Kease Municipal Council and clearly named “Tender For ……….” Each item
    should be applied for separately.
  5. The closing date for local operations shall be 6th August 2025 at 11:00 A.M. Late bids
    will be rejected.
  6. At this will be opened in the presence of the boldess or representatives who choose
    to attend on 6th August 2025 at 11:30 A.M in the Council Hall. Kease Municipal
    Council is not bound to accept any bid.
