Job Description:

• Provide technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve solar product issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Manage and prioritize multiple customer issues simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Full grade 12 certificate
• At least two years of work experience
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Computer Literacy
• Analytical abilities
