About the Role:
HVGadgets is looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. You will be the frontline voice of our company — responding to inquiries across our website, social media, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer questions, order inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide onboarding assistance and product information.
Resolve customer issues via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and the HVGadgets website.
Collaborate with other teams (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must be available during business hours and occasionally weekends.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Experience with customer service is a strong advantage.
Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
Must be serious, committed, and passionate about building a modern Zambian tech brand.
