Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.

Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present proposals and quotations.

Follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide weekly pipeline reports.

Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and gather feedback.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.

Develop strategic partnerships to support business growth.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Represent Aquantuo at trade shows, events, and exhibitions.

Assist in creating marketing content tailored to local customer segments.

Provide insights from customer interactions to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience in logistics, e-commerce, or international trade.

Proven track record in developing and executing complex sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance.

Experience managing and scaling sales teams.

Understanding of trade facilitation, customs requirements, and 3PL operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication; strong proposal writing skills.

Self-driven with timely decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
