Job Overview
Longhorn Associates Limited is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling microfinance products and services to prospective clients while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Work proactively to meet and exceed set sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to clients.

Assist clients in the loan application process, including explaining required documentation.

Report sales progress and other performance indicators to the Supervisor.

Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

(Added Advantage) Sales and marketing experience in microfinance and/or insurance.
Qualifications & Skills

Strong self-motivation and results-driven attitude.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous sales experience (especially in microfinance/insurance) will be an added advantage.
