Key Responsibilities

Conduct surprise checks on cash management, cards & PIN mailers, cheque books, banker’s cheques, and account compliance

Visit branches to monitor operational compliance and coach staff on policy adherence

Ensure daily operations comply with all bank policies and procedures

Reconcile branch ATMs and resolve discrepancies

Review overdrawn and internal accounts

Follow up on closure of operational issues hindering excellence

Participate in project committees for core banking system upgrades or new product development
