Overview
Bonite Bottlers Ltd, a leading beverage company in Tanzania, is seeking a qualified Internal Auditor to join our team in Moshi. This role ensures financial and operational integrity by conducting audits, identifying risks, and supporting effective internal controls.
Key Responsibilities

Perform audit assignments according to the provided audit checklist.

Conduct audit activities within specified timelines in the Work/Audit Analysis checklist.

Prepare audit reports following the company’s Audit Report Template.

Prepare Year-to-Date audit workings and annexures for reuse in subsequent audits.

Follow up with process owners, department heads, and section heads to close audit non-conformities promptly.

Perform audits for other team members in their absence.

Undertake additional project work, responsibilities, or attend team meetings as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPA certification.

Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.

Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in internal auditing.
