Position(s): 1
Location: Head Office
Role Overview:
As a Client Service Analyst, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience for Corporate Banking Asian Desk clients. You’ll engage proactively, manage accounts, and partner with Relationship Managers to retain clients and drive business growth. Proficiency in Chinese is a must, and you’ll have opportunities to innovate and optimize service processes.
