Personal Assistant & Driver

Nakangea Construction Limited, a fully zambian owned grade 1 construction company is looking for a Personal Assistant/Driver to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to work closely with the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and logistical support to the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Drive the CEO to and from meetings, events, and other official duties
  • Ensure the CEO’s vehicle is always clean, maintained, and roadworthy
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the CEO

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Logistics or a Business related course
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive (experience with a CEO is highly preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a professional driver
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be flexible, dependable, and proactive
  • Familiarity with the engineering or construction industry is an added advantage
