dnata operations in Dubai and Amsterdam have been formally certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for their commitment to environmental management practices via an IATA Environmental Assessment (IEnvA). The IEnvA is a voluntary certification programme which we are proud to action in our organisation, with our operations in the UAE and Amsterdam setting the standard for teams across our global operations pursuing such a respected accolade.

Through the IEnvA, dnata has demonstrated its commitment to embedding environmentally conscious operational practices, having been officially recognised for its approach in ground handling, cargo, hospitality and corporate activities. The certifications achieved by our operations are an acknowledgement of their commitment to continuous improvement, and our dnata Zurich teams have subsequently registered for the IEnvA Programme to further embed positive environmental processes into our ways of working.
