Mtibwa Sugar Estates Limited (MSEL) is one of Tanzania’s leading sugar producers, located in Morogoro Region, approximately 100 kilometers north of Morogoro town. Established in the 1970s, the company operates both agricultural and industrial activities, including the cultivation of sugarcane and processing of raw cane into refined sugar.

MSEL manages a combination of estate-owned plantations and out-grower schemes, supporting thousands of smallholder farmers in the region. The company is committed to sustainable agricultural practices, rural development, and the growth of Tanzania’s agro-industrial sector.
