Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Reporting/Accountable To: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsible For: Bridal dress rentals, sales and marketing.

Remuneration: Fixed plus Commission. This is a salary and commission-based position. Salary based on experience and performance.

1.  Main Duties and Responsibilities

a. Ensure business growth by engaging with customers and, showing and explaining the features and benefits of various bridal dresses.

b. Welcoming and connecting with clients and their guests.

c. Persuading customers with regard to dress rentals.

d. Attentively assisting clients in finding their dress.

e. Answering messages and arranging appointments for fittings.

f. Assisting with fittings.

g. Regularly creating posts to promote sales on social media.

h. Keeping accurate and up to date records of fittings and rentals.

i. Ensuring that dresses on rental are inspected upon return.

j. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly business and financial reports are submitted for review and management action.

k. Suggest proposals for further improvement of the business, including concepts for new bridal services.

2.  Minimum qualification requirements and competencies:

a. Full Grace 12 Certificate (with credits or better).
b. Certificate or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.
c. 1-year work experience in a similar environment or in marketing, sales, business development.
d. Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to make a sale or convince customers.

3.  Performance Management

  • Ability to set and deliver business goals
  • Ability to set, monitor and assess achievements against performance targets, quality standards, and service agreements that aligns with business plan.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Energetic, self- motivated and dedicated sales professional with marketing experience.

4.  Reporting and Communication Skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, speak clearly to customers and other employees, interpret documents, understand procedures, and write reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to meet reporting expectations of the Management.
