Kuchuna Real Estate Cooperative Society Ltd is a member-owned cooperative at the forefront of affordable housing and infrastructure development in Zambia. As we scale our work to deliver value-driven, community-focused construction projects, we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified professionals and firms in the following disciplines:

Construction & Engineering:

• Civil Engineers
• Structural Engineers
• Quantity Surveyors
• Builders & Contractors
• Electricians

Architectural & Design:

• Registered Architects
• Draftspersons & 3D Rendering Specialists

Our Work Includes:

• Construction of residential flats and housing units (bedsitters, family homes)
• Development of shared infrastructure (roads, water, waste systems)
• Support for community-based real estate planning
