Monitor and control all aspects of Food & Beverage costs—from purchasing and receiving to storage, issuance, and pricing—ensuring optimal cost management and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyse F&B costs and produce variance reports.
- Conduct market surveys to secure best‑value purchasing.
- Oversee receiving and storage, enforcing rotation and quality controls.
- Collaborate on portion control, menu pricing, and waste reduction.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile bar & kitchen stock.
Barman / Bartender (Moshi)

Key Responsibilities
- Mix and present beverages to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, circuits, lighting, generators, and HVAC controls.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Install and commission new electrical systems; recommend upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
- Provide on‑call support and mentor junior technicians.
Demi Chef (Arusha)
