We are committed to innovation, sustainable growth, and excellence in ceramic production. As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic and knowledgeable Human Resource Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with Zambian labour laws, and supporting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of labour legislation, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations issues with discretion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with Zambian labour laws, employment standards, and company policies.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support training and development programs in line with organizational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics, compliance, and workforce planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of Zambian labour laws and statutory requirements.
    Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is an added advantage.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
