| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i.To administer all application systems in the Institutes including IAA core and supporting system, internet, web site, help desk system and call center system;
ii.To provide support to users of IAA core and support system, including inter-net, website, helpdesk system and call center system on continuous bases iii.To maintain proper documentation related to administration of application system; iv.To prepare standards and customize computer system reports v.To identify computer system platform and computer system maintenances requirements; vi.To supervise out-sourced systems, supports and maintenances services; and vii.To perform any other duties as maybe assigned by supervisors

| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Security, Informatics or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
