Personal Assistant & Driver
Nakangea Construction Limited, a fully zambian owned grade 1 construction company is looking for a Personal Assistant/Driver to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to work closely with the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and logistical support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Drive the CEO to and from meetings, events, and other official duties
- Ensure the CEO’s vehicle is always clean, maintained, and roadworthy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the CEO
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Logistics or a Business related course
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive (experience with a CEO is highly preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a professional driver
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be flexible, dependable, and proactive
- Familiarity with the engineering or construction industry is an added advantage
