New Delights (Pty) Ltd t/a African Hero Botswana, a proudly African-owned enterprise, is expanding its operations into Botswana. As part of this strategic growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Executive to lead and manage key operations across our growing portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires strategic oversight, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

•Leading and managing cross-functional project teams across various sectors.

•Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

•Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

•Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

•Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

•Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior management.

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, operations, or a similar executive role.

•Proven experience in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.

•Experience in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance is advantageous.
