Responsibilities
Assist execution of New Products Build & UAT of New Integrations & Drive implementation of strong savings, credit, remittances, and Insurance products.
Assist on savings, loans, insurance sign up and remittance (any other relevant products as assigned from time to time) initiatives and keep driving Airtel money usage, base activity, and revenue for the growth of Airtel Money in Tanzania.
Proactively research and investigate functionality suitable for the local market.
Ensure defined use cases and product requirements are correctly implemented by the technical team.
Customer Journey creation
Post Go Live Operational Support
Ensure Product Marketing is done.
Operations
Product Handover
SLA / Escalation Matrix
Product Training to Key Support Teams
2. Technical Consulting to Commercial Products Portal Builds

IT Project engagement /Coordination of Technical requirements of Products
Operational requirements Coordination
UAT/TESTING
Identifying and reporting technical faults feedback to technical teams, and ensure Fix Implementation
3. Team and Stakeholder Engagement

Technical consultant to the commercial team
Provide required product reports as input to the Airtel money weekly, monthly report, including roadmaps and performance against target dates.
Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in marketing, Finance, Business, Commerce, Administration, IT or Equivalent
1 year experience in product development and marketing
