Key Responsibilities
As an Accountant at LCH Builders, you will:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic planning.

Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.

Monitor project costs, support budget preparation, and implement cost-control measures.

Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Oversee inventory valuation, track fixed assets, and manage related records.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.

At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Administrative skills will be an added advantage.
