About the Role

Hanspaul Group is looking for a skilled Airbnb Supervisor to manage our short-term rental operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hospitality, property management, and customer service expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Airbnb listings and day-to-day operations of short-term rentals.
Manage guest communication, check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries professionally.
Monitor and optimize listings on Airbnb and other OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and tactfully.
Maintain records, track bookings, and prepare basic financial reports.
Use Property Management Systems (PMS) and Excel for efficient operations.
Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
Ensure flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform operations and OTA management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic accounting and financial reporting abilities.
Tech-savvy, proficient in PMS, Excel, and booking platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult guests tactfully.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
