ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the full efficiency and effectiveness of all operations in all departments of the Hotel.
* Implement Standard Operating Procedures in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
* Be available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems or emergencies.
* Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the hotel.
* Any other duties assigned by the General Manager or the Directors.
Skills Required
* Excellent negotiation and marketing skills to attract potential customers.
* Familiarity with budgeting and monitoring costs to detail.
* Should be Computer Literate
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Time-Management and ability to meet deadlines.
Education and Knowledge Required
* The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality & Management.
Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years work experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel as an Assistant Manager or Operations Manager.
* Opera Systems experience will be an added advantage.
* Dealing with Tour Guides and international tourist companies.
* Latest reference from previous or current employer.
