Job Overview

Sprint Couriers seeks a driven, creative, results-oriented Brand & Marketing Manager to lead its campaigns and brand identity programs. The role focuses on driving strategy, content development, production, and reports to the Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategize, and execute marketing designs and campaigns to establish and maintain strong brand presence.

  • Define clear product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.

  • Conduct regular analysis to identify weaknesses, market gaps, and opportunities for enhancement or innovation.

  • Develop impactful sales tools and marketing collateral to support the sales team and enhance customer engagement.

  • Craft and implement effective product positioning strategies to ensure relevance, visibility, and differentiation.

  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis and consumer segmentation to develop insight-driven strategies.

  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns: creative direction, performance, and monitoring.

  • Lead creation and execution of compelling brand and product content, including digital, print, video, and experiential formats.

  • Manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and campaign goals.

  • Drive a culture of measurement and ROI, ensuring marketing initiatives align with key KPIs.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute activation campaigns across all branches for uniform brand visibility and market impact.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field plus a portfolio of previous work.

  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in brand and marketing management (logistics or business community preferred).

  • Strong customer insight capabilities: track record in converting insights into engaging marketing strategies.

  • High initiative, leadership, and result orientation with the ability to independently drive projects.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity for effective communication with customer segments.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools.
