About the Company
Insurance Connect, a leading provider of personalized insurance services in Botswana, is expanding its team with the addition of Business Development Officers. The incumbents will play a crucial role in driving key business growth, expanding the customer base, and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and develop business strategies. -
Sales and Marketing:
Generate leads, present products or services to potential clients, and work with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional materials. -
Relationship Management:
Manage partnerships and collaborations, maintain strong relationships with existing client partners, and ensure exceptional customer service. -
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in a similar role, sales, or related field

Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (Long/Short-term)
