Call for Bids
Raising Voices (www.raisingvoices.org) is a feminist organization based in Kampala, Uganda, working to prevent violence against women and children (WAV and VAC). We are well known for our innovation’s evidence based WAV and VAC prevention methodologies, national engagement on VAC prevention in Uganda, as a regional converse and resource to organizations working on WAV prevention and response throughout the Horn, East and Southern Africa as well as a global thought leader for quality, scalable WAV and VAC prevention. We are inviting sealed bids from qualified printing companies for printing posters, booklets, and handbooks as per the specifications below.

Requirements:

A brief company Profile and legal status

Brief description of experience of similar printing works, expertise and capacity to deliver the required scope of services.

A sample of similar printed work that is not older than two years.

Proof of registration with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and tax clearance certificate for the latest year available.

Data confirmation letter of financial capacity including submission of audited financial reports for the last three years.
Bid Submission:

Submit sealed bids clearly marked “Printing Services Bid” to Raising Voices, Plot 16, Turbai Drive, Kamwokyu by 8th August 2025, at 10:00AM after which the bids will be opened at 2:00pm at the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
