Position: Capital Market Traders
Locations: Dar es Salaam Office – 6 Positions
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Trading Desk Manager
Role Overview
The Capital Market Traders will be responsible for executing trades on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE), monitoring market movements, and maintaining client portfolios. This role requires excellent analytical skills, quick decision-making, and strong client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

Execute buy and sell orders of stocks, bonds, and ETFs on behalf of clients.

Track market trends and provide investment advice to clients.

Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly trading records.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and institutional investors.

Collaborate with the team to meet trading and performance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

DSE Dealers/Trading Certificate – mandatory.

Proven understanding of stock market operations and investment products.

Strong numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
