Available Positions

1. DSE Stock Traders – 6 Positions (Dar es Salaam)

Key Duties:

Execute client buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, and ETFs listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE).
Track market trends and provide timely investment insights.
Prepare accurate trading reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Valid DSE Dealers/Trading Certificate (mandatory).
Strong understanding of capital market operations.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

2. Financial Advisors – 6 Positions

Locations:

Dar es Salaam (2 positions)
Dodoma (4 positions)

Key Duties:

Provide tailored financial planning and advisory services to clients.
Develop investment strategies aligned with clients’ goals.
Manage client portfolios and review their performance regularly.
Promote and market the company’s financial solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
CMSA Investment Advisory Certification (mandatory).
Prior experience in financial advisory, insurance, or banking is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
