Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate, and plan all field data collection and reporting in accordance to established guidelines, and analyze data collected for assessment of progress and areas of improvement.
- Responsible for regular routine and timely project progress report development and updating of project M&E Systems.
- Develop and maintain overall MEAL Plans and frameworks for assigned programmes and projects;
- Identify and track achievements and accomplishments against set performance targets. Train and mentor partner staffs on project reporting needs;
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of special studies (e.g., Baseline surveys, impact evaluation, midterm review etc.) This includes; protocol development, drafting data collection tools, conducting analysis and drafting reports.
- Track implementation of work plan activities (targets vs achievement) and provide regular feedback to project teams;
- Develop and manage the project ‘s Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) in collaboration with project staff and partners.
- Ensure that project performance and accountability data is collected, analyzed and disseminated on a timely basis during quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting of results
- Prepare and lead learning activities within projects to ensure promising practices, lessons learned, and recommendations are identified, documented, disseminated, and used to improve program quality.
- Ensure quality, consistency and adherence to standards and best practices for M&E across the project, including data quality and use.

- Education Bachelors Degree Bachelor’s degree in the fields of community development/public health/Education/Economics/Development studies RQ

Programme Manager, Tertiary & Alumini – KCB Foundation
Job Description
- Manage the transition of students from the high school scholarship programme into the tertiary education scholarship stream.
- Oversee budget planning, utilization, and reporting for the tertiary education programme, ensuring proper controls are in place.
- Track student attendance and academic performance, initiate remedial interventions, and compile timely monthly, quarterly, and annual programmatic reports.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, TVETs, and other tertiary institutions hosting KCBF scholars, as well as with employers, internship providers, and industry mentors.
- Develop and maintain a database of internship placements, employment outcomes, and career progression of scholars.
- Implement a structured mentorship programme for tertiary scholars in line with KCB Foundation standards.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Development team to support scholar transitions into employment or entrepreneurship through the 2jiajiri initiative.
- Coordinate career development activities such as employability workshops, career fairs, and professional development forums.
- Lead the design and delivery of an effective alumni engagement strategy to foster long-term connections with the Foundation.
- Organize alumni-led events, mentorship activities, networking sessions, and community service initiatives.
- Promote and track alumni involvement in mentorship, volunteering, and philanthropic support of the programme.
Academic & Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain the existing Bank liability and asset portfolios through enhanced relationship management.
- Gather market intelligence to Identify opportunities for Business growth and develop value chain synergies.
- Achieve the set targets in terms of numbers and value for both liability and assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing (appraisals and recommendations) of all credit applications and account opening documents within SLAs.
- Drive NFI through all digital platforms and cross sell other bank products (tills,credit cards,mobi,IBank,Lipa Karo,Malipo portal,Sahal,Bancassurance)
- Manage overall PAR for all Micro and SME credit facilities at the branch to ensure it is below 5% and early Vintage at 0.25%.
- Grow and maintain Biashara Club Portfolio and revenue through membership recruitment, facilitate and coordinate Biashara club activities.
- Overall management/ monitoring of the branch products to ensure Nil frauds and losses.
- Constantly review service delivery standards to achieve and maintain excellent customer service.
- Enterprise Wide Risk Management -Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS),Anti-Money Laundering(AML),combating the Financing of Terrorism(CFT) and know your customer (KYC) procedures in order to mitigate against losses,frauds,forgeries,and regulatory penalties..
