Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth across customer segments.
- Provide regional leadership to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop strategic business plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven track record in leading commercial operations.
- Deep understanding of customer service, risk management, and credit systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performance teams, foster innovation, and lead organizational change with integrity, excellence, and vision.
- Record of driving transformational growth, developing, and executing strategic commercial plans across multiple geographies and customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Accredited university degree; relevant postgraduate qualifications or executive/C-suite experience in strategy formulation and implementation.
