Job Summary:
DERM Group is looking for a Contract Management Officer to manage the full lifecycle of contracts within the company. The role covers drafting, negotiating, executing, and monitoring contracts while ensuring adherence to legal standards, company policies, and project goals. The officer will proactively manage risks, resolve contractual issues, and optimize value from agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and partners.
Monitor contract performance, key milestones, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to align contractual terms with business goals.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations efficiently.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks to protect company interests.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in contract management or related roles.
Solid knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements.
Proven negotiation skills with a record of successful agreements.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
