Job Description

Co-operative Bank is seeking a Creative Designer & Multimedia Specialist to drive the Bank’s visual brand identity across all digital and multimedia platforms. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to transform concepts into compelling visual stories that engage customers, support business growth, and strengthen the Bank’s brand presence in the financial sector.

The successful candidate will oversee the artistic direction of digital assets—including graphics, videos, and multimedia campaigns—while leveraging performance analytics to optimize creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful design solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Create high-quality digital content including email templates, social media graphics, website visuals, and promotional artwork.

  • Design engaging infographics, presentations, and visual data storytelling materials for internal and external use.

  • Develop concepts, storyboards, and final edits for videos used in advertising, corporate events, product launches, and digital engagement.

  • Ensure brand consistency and usability standards across all platforms in collaboration with Corporate Communications.

  • Manage end-to-end design workflows from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Analyze content performance across digital platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support ICT, Business, and Cooperative departments with user-centric digital experiences.

  • Lead photographic direction and manage visual assets for campaigns.

  • Assist with general marketing activities and design-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in digital design and multimedia content creation.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative work across multiple formats.

  • Proven ability to deliver creative solutions within tight deadlines.

Education:

  • University Degree or Advanced Diploma in Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Production, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Creativity & Innovation – ability to transform complex ideas into compelling visuals.

  • Marketing Acumen – understanding of advertising principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Technical Proficiency – expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Sketch, InVision.

  • Photography & Videography – strong planning, shooting, and editing skills.

  • Collaboration – ability to work cross-functionally while incorporating feedback.

  • Project Management – ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure.

Additional Skills:

  • Adobe InDesign CS5, SPSS (advantageous).

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
