  • Holds CPA II or a Diploma in Credit Management – Non-negotiable
  • Is pursuing or holds a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
  • Brings 5+ years of hospital debt collection experience – Level 4 and above
  • Can juggle reconciliation reports like a pro
