Digital Sales Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about technology, systems optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital transformation efforts and strengthening client and partner engagement through efficient digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Oversee user onboarding, access management, and ongoing system support to ensure seamless functionality of our digital platforms.
- System Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with internal IT standards.
- User Training and Support: Facilitate training sessions for broker agents and back-office users to enhance digital literacy and system proficiency.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop and manage business intelligence dashboards, and collaborate with HINT to implement the Data Maturity Framework for enhanced decision-making.
- Data Quality & Governance: Implement and execute strategies for maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner Relationship Management: Maintain and support technical operations with key partners such as CarVer, Gari, DPO, Tingg, Synkra, SWIFTANT, and Techleads, ensuring alignment with service expectations.
- Client Support via Infobip: Manage and resolve incoming client support tickets from website and WhatsApp channels using the Infobip platform.
- Digital Platform Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile transaction records from digital platforms with payment gateway data to ensure accuracy and financial accountability.
- Technical Support – RTSA: Provide integration and operational support related to the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) digital processes.
Process Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions. - Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Support internal and external reporting requirements and ensure adherence to all relevant compliance obligations.
