Job Purpose
The Financial Planning Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization. The role involves providing insights for decision-making, monitoring operational expenditure, ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, and acting as a financial advisor to business units.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, aligning financial plans with strategic goals.

Manage operational expenditure (Opex) and balance sheet forecasting.

Ensure accurate reporting of financial performance and support regulatory submissions.

Prepare monthly management reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Monitor and analyze Opex, identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Support strategic projects and collaborate across functions to drive financial performance.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of emerging markets and telecom industry dynamics.

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
