GC Administrative Officer – Ports & Terminals

Job Function

Providing administrative support, which can include managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence

Key Performance Areas

Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues and catering.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and submit requirements to line manager
Handle incoming and outgoing mail correspondences
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure
Any other relevant tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications Required

Bachelor Educational Degree. Preferable – Administration / Computer science

Experience and Skills Required

Good Communication Skills
Good English both oral & written
Able to Maintain contacts with internal and external syakeholders
Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Able to work with team.
Able to work under pressure and extreme conditions.
