Kwalape Tours and Safaris Pty Ltd, a hospitality Company, owns, manages and develops hotels and lodges in Botswana. The Company currently operates Kwalape Safari Lodge and Ngoma Plains. It offers a range of accommodation facilities and safari based activities.

HEAD CHEF/EXECUTIVE CHEF- TWO(2)

Responsible for all food production including restaurant banquet functions and other outlets. Develops and monitors food and budget for the Department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. The successful applicant will have previous experience:

Managing the kitchen
Setting menus and food pricing
Ordering and monitoring supplies
Train & develop the team to deliver food to specification

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Professional Cookery

EXPERIENCE

Ten(15) years and above
