Job Purpose
The Head of Fiber Sales will develop and implement strategic sales plans, lead a high-performing sales team, build strong client relationships, and ensure alignment with operational and regulatory standards. The role is crucial for driving revenue growth and scaling fiber operations in line with Yas’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, set KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability.

Identify growth opportunities, drive market penetration, and adapt strategies based on market trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and report to leadership.

Coordinate with network deployment and customer operations teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience and Skills:

7–10 years of experience in telecom sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and scaling operations.

Strong understanding of fiber products and telecom market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and customer engagement skills.
