Key Responsibilities

Maintain optimum system availability for banking applications including T24, ESB, Clearing Systems, MIPS, TACH, TISS, IBCM, Credit Data Bureau, Oracle Fusion, and other emerging applications

Provide prompt, efficient support to end-users and resolve issues logged in SmartFix

Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency in banking applications

Monitor applications proactively and generate performance reports to support management decisions

Perform BCM testing to ensure business continuity in case of system failures

Guide users on new applications and provide troubleshooting training to IT Champions

Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues promptly

Adhere to KCB Bank IT standards and procedures
Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering

Professional certifications (preferred): ITIL v3/v4, OCA, MSSQL, MCSA, MCSE, Linux

Working knowledge of banking applications and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL)

3+ years relevant experience
