Role Overview
Bakhresa & Co. Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Officer to join its Transport Division. The successful candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve IT systems, infrastructure, and networks, while providing technical support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.

Provide IT support to users and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Ensure system security, perform backups, and maintain compliance with IT policies.

Manage network infrastructure, including VPNs.

Support SAP systems and fuelling management software.

Document IT processes and support internal IT projects.

Collaborate with other departments to meet business IT needs.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in logistics or transport.

Proficiency in network administration, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with SAP, fuelling systems, and IT security best practices.

Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Professional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP) are a plus.
