Overview
iSON Xperiences is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead their Botswana site. The successful candidate will drive strategy, performance, and people development to deliver exceptional customer experiences across campaigns.
What You’ll Do

Lead and grow BPO operations across assigned campaigns

Ensure service delivery meets SLA and performance targets

Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Mentor managers and foster a high-performance culture

Build strong client and team relationships
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field

5–7 years’ experience in BPO/Contact Centre operations leadership

Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver results
-
Strong customer focus, leadership, and communication skills
