About the Opportunity
Hanspaul Group is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1–2 years of accounting experience who are eager to grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.

Support preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

Use accounting software and Excel to manage transactions efficiently.

Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal policies.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
