Job Opportunity: Lead IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish effective IT linkages with stakeholders and assess their ICT implications.
- Identify system requirements for solutions across business areas.
- Drive business efficiency and automation opportunities through technology capabilities.
- Lead IT initiatives to align with business strategies.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python to effectively engage with technical teams.
- Familiarity with MySQL and Oracle databases.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the General Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of business processes is desirable.
