Lead Products B2B
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
- Ensure that all product pricing is aligned with current business requirements
- Monthly review of performance and productivity of all services across all KPIs and business customer segments including postpaid individuals and formulating robust Usage & Retention initiatives ensuring a good return of investment for the business
- Test and validate all new products including changes in pricing before actual roll out
- End to end management of product life cycle for all existing and new products including user tests for new products, approvals and documentation for change requests
- Develop value proposition for B2B mobile money payments to grow penetration of services
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive the bid process management including aligning with sales heads on the list of bid opportunities, maintain records, ensure due compliance, manage escalations, support with the fulfilment and delivery of won bids
- Launch trade engagement programs, build third party alliances and representation in trade forums for customer acquisition
Qualifications
- Business Degree, tech savvy with excellent skills in advanced Excel
- Good planning & organization skills with Project Management experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing & product management within telecommunication industry
- Business acumen with good communication skills
- Working knowledge of business planning, financial analytics and budgeting processes
- Customer centric with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and work as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills; able to engage at all levels
