Job Purpose
The Lead – Regional Trade Marketing will drive sales growth, enhance product visibility, improve customer engagement, and optimize resource utilization through strategic trade marketing initiatives and activations across the assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities

Drive region-wide volume growth and market share through effective trade marketing activations in targeted regions and wholesale channels.

Ensure superior product placement, brand visibility, and impactful trade promotions across multiple retail channels.

Increase customer participation through market activation events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Ensure timely execution of projects in line with SLAs, focusing on key account management and channel profitability.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for trade marketing strategies.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align trade programs with business objectives.

Monitor and evaluate trade marketing initiatives using KPIs and data-driven reports.

Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

Train and support the sales team on brand guidelines, promotional tactics, and in-store execution standards.

Ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines and trade marketing policies.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Relations.
Experience and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or frontline experience with a proven track record of delivering results.

At least 4 years of solid experience in sales and marketing, including exposure to channel strategy, revenue growth management, or new product development.

Demonstrated success in merchandising, promotional, and activation campaigns in FMCG environments.

Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and results-driven mindset.

Agile thinker with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
