We are currently seeking experienced, visionary, and dynamic professionals to join our team.

Job Opportunity: Legal Counsel (In-House)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the company’s primary legal advisor across all business functions.
• Draft and manage a wide array of commercial contracts.
• Oversee corporate governance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
• Support brand protection, intellectual property, and compliance training across the organization.

Core Competencies:

• Timely legal contract turnaround.
• Efficient dispute resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Proactive risk assessment and mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Law; a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice is an advantage.
• Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
• 7 years of legal experience, preferably 3 years in in-house legal roles.
• Experience in relevant industries is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Swahili; high integrity and business judgment required.
