LIFE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to grow the life insurance portfolio
* Set targets and monitor team performance
* Handle escalated client issues or complex cases
* Recruit, train, and mentor life insurance sales agents
* Conduct performance appraisals and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

* Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Insurance
* Minimum 10 years experience
* Traceable References
* Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under minimal supervision
* Team player
