Role Overview

The Marketing Consultant / Funnel Designer will design, launch, and optimize high-performing digital marketing funnels. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple channels. The position offers potential growth into a senior marketing leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end funnel design, implementation, and optimization.

• Execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) and grassroots marketing.

• Develop social media strategies across major platforms.

• Manage referral programs, lead magnets, and automated email flows.

• Track performance metrics: A/B testing, CAC, LTV, ROAS.

• Manage CRM and marketing tech stack (Hubspot, Klaviyo, Canva, GA4, Ahrefs).

• Collaborate with tech/design freelancers for campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of DTC marketing experience, ideally in regulated, high-trust industries (telehealth, supplements, cannabis, wellness).

• Strong expertise in funnel design, CRO, and top-of-funnel strategies.

• Experience with referral programs, loyalty schemes, and email acquisition.

• Advanced skills in CRM and marketing automation.

• Proven ability to leverage AI & machine learning for campaign optimization.

• Proficiency in creative tools (Photoshop, Canva) for visuals and mockups.

• Excellent communication, self-starting attitude, and leadership skills.

• Must be a Zambian citizen.
